How do you take measurements?

With our Smart Measurements feature! That's right, you won't need a measuring tape. Available exclusively on the Binks app, Smart Measurements can capture up to 70 body measurements with 2 pictures. Please note that you will need to enlist a friend's help for this. Our fashion designer will assist you with the process.

If our designer is visiting your home, they’ll take your Smart Measurements.

How does a design consultation with Binks work exactly?

We understand that fashion is personal to every individual. And so, when you place an order with us, you’ll schedule a fashion consult with a Binks designer for them to get a sense of your personal style and preferences.

We have two types:

At-Home Consultation: Our designer will drop by at your home to take your measurements in-person, and also understand your outfit design preferences. Please note that this service is available only for select Bengaluru pin codes at the moment.

**Virtual Consultation: **Our designer will get on a Google Meet video call with you. They’ll understand your outfit preferences and specifications in great detail. They will also explain how to capture your measurements. The duration of the consultation will vary depending on the number of items your order has.

Do you sell readymade outfits?

Accepted Answer

No. We don’t sell off-the-rack, standard-sized clothing. What makes us unique is that every garment we ship is tailored specially to your unique measurements.

Question 7

I have an outfit idea. Can Binks bring it to life?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can explain your idea to our designer or show us a Pinterest reference. We’ll take care of the rest.

What about fabric?

Accepted Answer

If you’re choosing styles from our in-house fashion labels, the fabric is included. If you’re customising with Binks, we can either pick up your fabric (if you have it already) or source it for you (at no extra charge).

Question 9

I saw something on Binks' Instagram. How do I get it?

Accepted Answer

Just place an order here. If you saw a dress, simply place an order for a ‘dress’ here. You can share a screenshot of the outfit you saw with your Binks fashion designer during your consult with them, and mention any customisation or tweaks you’d like to make on it.
